Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you agree that you are 18 or older, you understand and agree to these Terms. To play the Services you must comply with these Terms: You must have a valid email address if using an email platform to sign up for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and ensuring that no unauthorized person has access to your account. In the event an unauthorized person gains access to your account, you must notify us immediately. IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND OR DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, THEN YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE. USE OF THE SERVICE IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Changes to Terms or Services

We may modify the Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. If we do so, we'll let you know either by posting the modified Terms on the Site or through other communications. It's important that you review the Terms whenever we modify them because if you continue to use the Services after we have posted modified Terms on the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by the modified Terms. If you don't agree to be bound by the modified Terms, then you can't use the Services anymore. If you object to any change or modification, your sole recourse shall be to cease using the Services. YOU AGREE THAT Our App SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY CHANGE OR MODIFICATION TO THESE TERMS.

Except as may be expressly specified otherwise by Our App with respect to paid portions of the Services, we reserve the right to add, change, suspend or discontinue the Services, or any aspect or feature of the Services, without notice or liability.

Content and Content Rights

For purposes of these Terms: "Content" means text, graphics, images, music, software, audio, video, works of authorship of any kind, and information or other materials that are posted, generated, provided or otherwise made available through the Services; and "User Content" means any Content that Account holders (including you) provide to be made available through the Services. Accordingly, Content includes but is not limited to User Content.

Content Ownership, Responsibility and Removal

Our App does not claim any ownership rights in any Content that you make available through the Services and nothing in these Terms will be deemed to restrict any rights that you may have to use and exploit your User Content. Subject to the foregoing, Our App and its licensors exclusively own all right, title and interest in and to the Services and Content, including all associated intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that the Services and Content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of any countries. You agree not to remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying the Services or Content.

You are solely responsible for the content and information that you post, upload, publish, link to, transmit, record, display or otherwise make available (hereinafter, "post") on the Service or transmit to other users, including text messages, chat, videos (including streaming videos), photographs, or profile text, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted (collectively, "Content"). You may not post as part of the Service, or transmit to any other user (either on or off the Service), any offensive, inaccurate, incomplete, abusive, obscene, profane, threatening, intimidating, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another person's rights (including intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity). Content we deem offensive will be removed at our discretion within 24 hours.You represent and warrant that:

(i) all information that you submit upon creation of your account is accurate and truthful and that you will promptly update any information provided by you that subsequently becomes inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or false and

(ii) you have the right to post the Content on the Service and grant the licenses set forth below.

The following is a partial list of the kind of Content that is prohibited in the Service. Any content that you submit to Our App shall be non-objectionable. Our App reserves the right to remove any content in the Service, as well as takes steps to prevent, remove, or otherwise limit objectionable content and users that submit it. There is no tolerance for any objectionable content, and all objectionable content will be removed. You may not post, upload, display or otherwise make available Content that:
- that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;

- advocates harassment or intimidation of another person;

- requests money from, or is intended to otherwise defraud, other users of the Service;

- involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming" (or "spimming", "phishing", "trolling" or similar activities);

- promotes information that is false or misleading, or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is defamatory, libelous or otherwise objectionable;

- promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated images, audio or video, or links to pirated images, audio or video files;

- contains video, audio photographs, or images of another person without his or her permission (or in the case of a minor, the minor's legal guardian);

- contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);

- provides material that exploits people in a sexual, violent or other illegal manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under the age of 18;

- provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons or drugs, violating someone's privacy, or providing, disseminating or creating computer viruses;

- contains viruses, time bombs, trojan horses, cancelbots, worms or other harmful, or disruptive codes, components or devices;

- impersonates, or otherwise misrepresents affiliation, connection or association with, any person or entity;

- provides information or data you do not have a right to make available under law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information);

- disrupts the normal flow of dialogue, causes a screen to "scroll" faster than other users are able to type, or otherwise negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real time exchanges;

- solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users or disseminates another person's personal information without his or her permission; and

- publicizes or promotes commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, and pyramid schemes.

- is offensive, insensitive, upsetting, intended to disgust, or in exceptionally poor taste. Examples of such content include:

1. Defamatory or mean-spirited content, including references or commentary about religion, race, sexual orientation, gender, or other targeted groups, particularly if the app is likely to place a targeted individual or group in harm's way. Professional political satirists and humorists are generally exempt from this requirement.

2. Realistic portrayals of people or animals being killed, maimed, tortured, or abused, or content that encourages violence. "Enemies" within the context of a game cannot solely target a specific race, culture, real government, corporation, or any other real entity.

3. Depictions that encourage illegal or reckless use of weapons and dangerous objects, or facilitate the purchase of firearms.

4. Overtly sexual or pornographic material, defined by Webster's Dictionary as "explicit descriptions or displays of sexual organs or activities intended to stimulate erotic rather than aesthetic or emotional feelings."

5. Inflammatory religious commentary or inaccurate or misleading quotations of religious texts.

6. False information and features, including inaccurate device data or trick/joke functionality, such as fake location trackers. Stating that the app is "for entertainment purposes" won't overcome this guideline. Apps that enable anonymous or prank phone calls or SMS/MMS messaging will be rejected.

Your use of the Service, including all Content you post through the Service, must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree that Our App may access, preserve and disclose your account information and Content if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access, preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary, such as to: (i) comply with legal process; (ii) enforce this Agreement; (iii) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third parties; (iv) respond to your requests for customer service or allow you to use the Service in the future; or (v) protect the rights, property or personal safety of Our App or any other person. The Service reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to investigate and take any legal action against anyone who violates this provision, including removing the offending communication from the Service and terminating or suspending the account of such violators.

Rights in User Content Granted by You

By making any User Content available through Services you hereby grant to Our App a perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based upon, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Services and Content to you and to other Account holders. If you want to terminate this license at any time, please email us. You are solely responsible for all your User Content. You represent and warrant that you own all your User Content or you have all rights that are necessary to grant us the license rights in your User Content under these Terms. You also represent and warrant that neither your User Content, nor your use and provision of your User Content to be made available through the Services, nor any use of your User Content by Our App on or through the Services will infringe, misappropriate or violate a third party's intellectual property rights, rights of publicity or privacy, or any other rights or result in the violation of any applicable law or regulation. You can remove your User Content by specifically deleting it from your profile. However, in certain instances, some of your User Content (such as virtual gifts you give or chat messages you send) may not be completely removed and copies of your User Content may continue to exist on the Services. We are not responsible or liable for the removal or deletion of (or the failure to remove or delete) any of your User Content.

Rights in Content Granted by Our App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Our App grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable license to download, view, copy, display and print the Content solely in connection with your permitted use of the Services and solely for your personal and non-commercial purposes. Each user is responsible for any content or information they post or transmit in the Services and Our App assumes no responsibility for the conduct of any user submitting any content or for the information transmitted by any user. You shall not make available in the Services any material or information that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, right of privacy, right of publicity, or other right of any person or entity or impersonates any other person. Our App assumes no responsibility for monitoring the Services for inappropriate or illegal content or conduct, and has no obligation to monitor player content. To the extent Our App becomes aware of any player content it shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to edit, refuse to post, or remove any player content. As you use the Services, Our App may monitor and/or record your use of the Services and/or communications while you are playing the Services and you hereby provide your irrevocable consent to such monitoring and recording.

Use of the Services
Your use of the Services shall be for non-commercial purposes, which means you shall not gather Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods for sale or trade nor shall you sublicense, rent, lease, sell, trade, gift, bequeath or otherwise transfer your Account or any Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods associated with your Account to anyone without Our App's written permission. You hereby represent and warrant that you have not and will not access or use an Account, Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods that have been sublicensed, rented, leased, sold, traded, gifted, bequeathed, or otherwise transferred from the original Account creator without Our App's consent. In addition, you shall not:

1. Attempt to use the Services to stalk, harass, abuse, or harm, or advocate or incite stalking, harassment, abuse or harm of another person or group.

2. Post any abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, libelous, or racially, sexually, religiously, or otherwise objectionable or offensive content or information or any content or information that contains nudity, excessive violence, or offensive subject matter or that contains a link to such content.

3. Inappropriately solicit or attempt to solicit personal information from other users of the Services, nor shall you harvest or post anyone's private information, including personally identifiable or financial information in or through the use of the Services.

4. Advertise, spam or distribute any malware, spyware or other malicious content in or through the Services.

5. Engage in any illegal conduct or intentionally or unintentionally violate, or promote the violation of, any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Disrupt, overburden, of any computer or server used by or in the Services or become involved in any type of attack (including but not limited to distribution of a virus, denial of service attacks) or in any other way attempt to disrupt the Services or any other player's use or enjoyment of the Services.

7. Cheat or disrupt the Services in any manner (including but not limited to using cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods or any software designed to modify or interfere with the Services or overall experience). Cheating includes, without limitation, any automated use of the Services or circumventing or modifying any security, technology or device that is part of the Services.

8. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for any underlying software or other intellectual property used in the Services.

9. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, player accounts registered to others or to the computers, servers, or networks connected to the Services by any means other than the Services' user interface. This provision is not meant to be exhaustive, and Our App reserves the right to determine what conduct it considers to be in violation of this provision or otherwise outside the spirit of the Services and to take action, which may include termination of your Account and exclusion from further participation in the Services.

Disclosure to Protect Abuse Victims

Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms, Our App reserves the right, but has no obligation, to disclose any information that you submit to the Service if in its sole opinion Our App suspects or has reason to suspect that the information involves a party who may be the victim of abuse in any form. Abuse may include without limitation elder abuse, child abuse, spousal abuse, neglect, or domestic violence. Information may be disclosed to authorities that Our App in its sole discretion, deems appropriate to handle such disclosure. Appropriate authorities may include without limitation law enforcement agencies, child protection agencies, or court officials. You hereby acknowledge and agree that Our App is permitted to make such disclosures.

Our App's Enforcement Rights

Although we are not obligated to monitor access to or use of the Services or Content or to review or edit any Content, we have the right to do so including, but not limited to, for the purpose of operating the Services, to ensure compliance with these Terms, or to comply with applicable law or other legal requirements. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove or disable access to any Content, at any time and without notice, including, but not limited to, if we, in our sole discretion, consider any Content to be objectionable or in violation of these Terms. We have the right to investigate violations of these Terms or conduct that affects the Services. We may also consult and cooperate with law enforcement authorities to prosecute users who violate the law.

In App Purchases

From time to time, Our App may offer additional products and services for purchase through the App Store, Google Play or other application platforms ("in app purchases"). If you choose to make an in app purchase, you will be prompted to enter details for your account with the mobile platform you are using (e.g., Apple, Android, etc.) ("your IAP Account"), and your IAP Account will be charged for the in app purchase in accordance with the terms disclosed to you at the time of purchase as well as the general terms for in app purchases that apply to your IAP Account. If you purchase an auto-recurring periodic subscription through an in app purchase, your IAP Account will be billed continuously for the subscription until you cancel in accordance with the platform terms. In call cases, please refer to the terms of your application platform which apply to your in app purchases.

If you purchase an auto-recurring periodic subscription through an in app purchase, your IAP Account will be billed continuously for the subscription until you cancel. After your initial subscription commitment period, and again after any subsequent subscription period, your subscription will automatically continue for an additional equivalent period, at the price you agreed to when subscribing. If you do not wish your subscription to renew automatically, or if you want to change or terminate your subscription, you will need to log in to your IAP account and follow instructions to cancel your subscription, even if you have otherwise deleted your account with us or if you have deleted the Our App application from your device. Deleting your account on Our App or deleting the Our App application from your device does not cancel your subscription; Our App will retain all funds charged to your IAP Account until you cancel your subscription through your IAP Account.

You may cancel your subscription, without penalty or obligation, at any time prior to midnight of the third business day following the date you subscribed. If you subscribed using your Apple ID, refunds are handled by Apple, not Our App. If you wish to request a refund, please visit http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4098.

Player Submissions

The Services may provide you and other users the opportunity to submit questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, plans, notes, drawings, original or creative materials or other information about the Services (the "Submissions"). Submissions, however they are transmitted, are non-confidential as between you and Our App and shall become the sole property of Our App upon receipt. Our App shall own, and you hereby assign to Our App all right title and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to such Submissions, and Our App shall be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of these Submissions for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you. You agree to execute any documentation required by Our App (in its sole discretion) to confirm such assignment to, and unrestricted use and dissemination by, Our App of such Submissions.

Feedback

You acknowledge and agree that any feedback, comments or suggestions you may provide regarding the Services ("Feedback") will be the sole and exclusive property of Our App and you hereby irrevocably assign to us all of your right, title and interest in and to all Feedback. You agree that unless otherwise prohibited by law, Our App may use, sell, disclose and otherwise exploit the Feedback in any way and for any purpose, without restriction and without compensation to you.

Player Disputes

You are solely responsible for your interactions in the Services with other players and any other parties with whom you interact through the Services and/or Our App services. Our App reserves the right, but has no obligation, to become involved in any way with these disputes. As a condition of using the Services, you release Our App (and Our App's shareholders, partners, affiliates, directors, officers, subsidiaries, employees, agents, suppliers, licensees, distributors) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with any dispute you have or claim to have with one or more player of the Services.

Choice of Law, Venue and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vn, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and Our App related to these Terms, shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Vn. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Vn for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.

Binding Arbitration

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in Vn, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. Either you or Our App may seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Vn necessary to protect the rights or property of you or Our App pending the completion of arbitration.

Equitable Relief

You acknowledge that the rights and obligations under these Terms are of a unique and irreplaceable nature, the loss of which shall cause irreparable harm and which cannot be replaced by monetary damages alone. Accordingly, Our App shall be entitled to injunctive or other equitable relief (without the obligations of posting any bond or surety or proof of damages) in the event of any breach or any anticipated breach. Furthermore, you hereby irrevocably waive all rights to seek injunctive or other equitable relief, or to enjoin or restrain the operation of the Services, exploitation of any advertising or other materials issued in connection therewith, or exploitation of the Services or any Our App Content or other material used or displayed through the Services and agree to limit your claims to claims for monetary damages.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Our App, its subsidiaries, affiliates, independent contractors, service providers and consultants, and their respective directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related (a) your use of the Services, (b) any player content or submission you post, store or otherwise transmit on or through the Services, (c) your violation of these Terms and/or any other Our App terms, policies, or agreements, (d) your violation of any other persons rights, or (e) your conduct in connection with the Services.

Information we collect

When you install the Service on your device and register with Our App, personally identifiable information about you may be collected during the download process for the Service (as requested from you during the download process) when you register with us. For registration through Our App, you are required to provide your mobile phone number or your email address, city location, gender, name, depending on the device(s) you are using on the Service. You may also provide personally identifiable information, but that is optional. When you log in using your Facebook account, we may collect additional information you make available to us (see “Your User Profile”) below.

In addition, when you install the Service on your device and register with Our App, you may will be asked to allow us access to your address book. If you consent, we will have access to contact information in your address book on the devices you use for the Service (names, numbers, emails, and Facebook ID, but not notes or other personal information in your address book) and we will store it on our servers and use it to help you use the Service, for example, by synchronizing your Our App contacts between different devices you may want to use with the Service. If you do not want Our App to store this information, you may opt-out through your account settings in the Our App application at any time. However we may not be able to offer some of the features that require this information.

Our App may also collect and gather non-personally identifiable information, such as certain profile information including country of residence and preferences. In addition, Our App may collect and store information about your and others’ usage of and interaction with the Service and our websites, including matches, numbers of matches made by members, match durations, text messages, usage by geographies, device and connection information, IP address, device capability, bandwidth, statistics on page views, network type and traffic to and from our websites.

Our App allows you to share text messages, photos, screenshots, videos and other communications in the Our App application with other users, and if you choose to do so your text messages, photos, screenshots, videos and other communications will be stored on our servers. In addition, if you choose to share these items with other Our App users, we may not be able to remove them from our servers or make them unavailable to anyone you have shared them with. Sending and sharing text messages, photos, screenshots, videos or other communications in the Our App application is your decision. By choosing to share that information, you should understand that you may no longer be able to control how that information is used and that it may become publicly available (depending in part on your actions or the actions of others with whom you have shared the information). Our App is not responsible for any use or misuse of information you share.

Our App may also collect and gather user contents (e.g., photos, screenshots, comments, and other materials) that you create on the Service. Your photo can be taken by other users on the Our App, and If they use capturing function provided by the Our App, those photos can be stored and used for Our App and 3rd party’s service(eg, Facebook, etc.). You can change sharing option of 3rd party on the Our App settings. If you do not agree with all the terms of this Privacy Policy, do not use the Service.

To complete a commerce transaction on Our App item shop, you will be requested to provide your payment information, including your credit card number, card expiration date, CVV code, and billing address. In that event, we will transmit your information securely directly to a third party vendor or merchant who will collect such information in order to process and fulfill your purchase. Our App does not process or store your payment information. However, we may store other information about your purchases made on the Service, which may include the merchant’s name, the date, time and amount of the transaction and other behavioral information.

We also collect error-reporting information if the Service crashes or hangs up so that we can investigate the error and improve the stability of the Service for future releases. In general these reports do not contain personally identifiable information, or only incidentally. As part of these error reports, we receive information about the type and version of your device, the device identifier, the time the error occurred, the feature being used and the state of the application when the error occurred. We do not use this information for any purpose other than investigating and fixing the error.

Sharing of your information

We will not rent or sell your information to third parties (or the group of companies of which Azr is a part) without your consent, except as noted in this Policy.

Parties with whom we may share your information:

• We may share User Content and your information (including but not limited to, information from cookies, log files, device identifiers, location data, and usage data) with businesses that are legally part of the same group of companies that Our App is part of, or that become part of that group ("Affiliates"). Affiliates may use this information to help provide, understand, and improve the Service (including by providing analytics) and Affiliates' own services (including by providing you with better and more relevant experiences). But these Affiliates will honor the choices you make about who can see your contents.

• We also may share your information as well as information from tools like cookies, log files, and device identifiers and location data, with third-party organizations that help us provide the Service to you ("Service Providers"). Our Service Providers will be given access to your information as is reasonably necessary to provide the Service under reasonable confidentiality terms.

• We may also share aggregate or anonymous information with third parties, including advertisers and investors. For example, we may tell our advertisers the number of users our app receives. This information does not contain any personal or personally identifiable information, and is used to develop content and services that we hope you will find of interest.

• We may remove parts of data that can identify you and share anonymized data with other parties. We may also combine your information with other information in a way that it is no longer associated with you and share that aggregated information.

Parties with whom you may choose to share your User Content:

• Any information or content that you voluntarily disclose for posting to the Service, such as User Content, becomes available to the public. With this feature, Our App can be protected from exhibitionism. Once you have shared User Content or made it public, that User Content may be re-shared by others.

• If you remove information and contents(eg. Screenshots, etc.) that you created on the Service, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the Service, or if other Users or third parties have copied or saved that information.(eg. Facebook, etc.)

How we use information we collect

We use or may disclose your personal information only as follows:

• To verify your identity;

• To connect you with others as enabled by the Service;

• To share your Profile with others on the Service;

• To allow your use of certain features of the Service that may be offered from time to time (such as Premium Services (see our Terms of Use), etc.);

• To show you the names of persons you communicate with and to show your name to persons you communicate with on the Service;

• To deliver to you any administrative notices, alerts and communications relevant to your use of the Service;

• To provide you with relevant content that you requested, using information that you allow us to collect from you or that you provide to a social media provider with which your Our App account is connected, such as information regarding your and your Our App contacts' respective locations;

• To contact you via email, SMS or otherwise for the purpose of informing you about new products, services or promotions offered by Our App;

• For internal operations, including troubleshooting problems, data analysis, testing, research, improvements to the Service, detecting and protecting against error, fraud or other illegal activity;

• When we have a good faith belief that the law, any legal process, law enforcement, national security or issue of public importance requires disclosure;

• To protect and defend our rights or property (including to enforce our Terms of Use and other agreements); or

• In connection with a corporate transaction involving Our App, such as the purchase or sale of a business unit, an acquisition, merger, sale of assets, or other similar event.

Your User Profile

The information you enter into your user profile (your “Profile”) may be shared with your Our App contacts. You control your Profile and you can access and modify your Profile from the Our App application at any time. In addition, if you register with Our App using your Facebook account (e.g. Facebook Connect), we may store your Facebook ID and corresponding token on our servers and, if you give us your express consent, we will have access to and may collect certain information that you make available on Facebook (for example, your first and last names, email address, profile picture, your friend lists and birthdays). In addition, Our App may pre-populate your Profile with certain information such as your name and Facebook profile picture if you or your friends have logged onto the Service using Facebook.

Data Access and Removal

You can always control what information you choose to share with us on the Service. To do so, you can change your settings in the Service or in your mobile device. Alternatively, you can remove the Service from your mobile device entirely.

You can remove your data anytime you want. If you ask us to delete your account, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to remove your data from our servers.

Any personally identifiable information that (i) you share in text messages, photos, videos or otherwise in or through the Our App application with other users, or (ii) submit on a blog, bulletin board or chat room on our website or elsewhere, can be viewed and used by others, including to send you unsolicited messages or to commit identity theft.
